Overview
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Operations, and AI. As PDE Operations, you'll design and run the systems that help our Product and Engineering teams move faster, with more clarity and less overhead.
Your focus will be on turning signals into action - customer feedback into insights, delivery data into meaningful metrics and AI tools into real productivity gains. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role, working closely with the CTO, Product leaders, and Engineering Managers to improve delivery, quality, and decision-making at scale.

Day-to-Day
* Owning and evolving SIFT (System for Insights, Feedback & Trends), using AI to analyse customer and prospect feedback across channels
* Designing and maintaining feedback, NPS, and insight pipelines that teams actually use
* Coordinating KPI, SLA, and delivery metrics across Product and Engineering
* Working with teams to improve delivery velocity, quality, and predictability
* Supporting the rollout and adoption of AI tools, including measuring usage and impact
* Reducing operational load on the CTO and PGMs by absorbing admin, coordination, and tooling work
* Acting as a thought partner to Product, Design, Engineering leadership on priorities, trade-offs, and execution
Challenges
* Designing metrics and insights that inform decisions without creating fear or overhead
* Using AI responsibly, while still pushing adoption
* Creating systems that scale across many teams with different workflows
* Balancing central consistency with team autonomy
* Taking on operational work without becoming unnecessary process or middle management
* Operating in ambiguity - not everything is defined upfront

Who This Role is Not For
* Prefer purely strategic or advisory roles with little execution
* Want to manage large teams directly
* Are looking for a classic People Ops or recruiting-focused role
* Prefer rigid processes over iterative, evolving systems
* Are uncomfortable working closely with technical teams
Skills & Tools
Must Have:
* Strong operational and systems thinking
* Ability to turn messy inputs (feedback, data, requests) into clear outputs
* Clear written and verbal communication
* Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams
Nice to Have:
* Experience in Product Ops, Engineering Ops, TPM, or similar roles
* Exposure to delivery analytics, or developer experience tooling
* Experience supporting leadership teams (CTO, Heads of Product/Engineering)
* Experience working in scaling or high-growth environments
