About the Role
* Prepare and deliver high-quality café-style breakfast & lunch
* Maintain consistency, presentation, and flavour across all dishes
* Manage kitchen operations during service
* Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are met
* Assist with menu development and specials
* Work closely with FOH to deliver a great customer experience
About You
* Proven experience as a Chef in a café or similar environment
* Strong knowledge of breakfast & lunch service
* Calm under pressure and well-organised
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Reliable, punctual, and professional
* Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
