The group has been responsible for the development of landmark projects in Melbourne.Role & ResponsibilitiesReporting to the CFO, the role is responsible for the efficient financial management of the organisation.Key duties and responsibilities include:In-house expert on development feasibility analysis – EstateMaster.Preparation and review of Financial Statements to ensure adherence with Australian accounting standardsManagement of relationships with the group's external advisorsResponsibility for ensuring compliance.
This includes income tax, capital gains tax, GST, stamp duty, land tax etcOversee completion of and review of monthly/quarterly BAS for payment and lodgementManagement of cash flowPreparation of management reporting and project reporting for various elements of the businessDrive process improvement and efficiency.About YouThe preferred candidate will demonstrate:High level technical skills and knowledge in accounting.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work streams and working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.A passion for the property industry.In addition to your technical skills, you will have strong communication skills and a will be a natural relationship manager.Candidates are required to be CA/CPA qualified.How to ApplyIf you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please click the 'Apply' button.
