Customer Service Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional with exceptional customer service skills and administration expertise to join our Marion Service Centre team. This role requires the ability to provide top-notch customer support, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Face-to-face customer interaction, greeting customers and visitors at reception with a positive and helpful attitude
* Ensure customers have an outstanding experience within the branch
* Provide assistance to the manager and support the running of daily operations
* Effectively keep customers updated on delivery lead times
* Undertake repair inspections on vehicles
* Explore customer needs and educate them on our full scope of services
* Issue invoices and raise job authorities as required
* Schedule repair bookings
* Source suitable resolutions to customer concerns and follow up customer queries
About You:
* Professional communication and presentation skills
* Excellent and clear verbal and written communication skills
* A valid driver's license is a must
* Ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers
* Support the branch manager with administrative tasks
* Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
* Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
