Ausdrill is currently seeking a suitably experienced Office Administrator for their Canning Vale office. Based at Reception, you will be responsible for greeting all visitors, answering and directing calls as well as providing administration support to the Operations team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Greeting all visitors and directing calls
Booking travel & accommodation
Maintaining site rosters as needed
Data entry into Pronto
Timesheet entry
**Interpersonal Skills**:
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Professional telephone manner
Strong computer skills - Proficient in the Microsoft Suite - particularly Word and Excel
Ability to multitask and prioritise competing priorities
Ability to work under pressure
