We are seeking a EOI Disability Support Worker located in Croydon Park You will be responsible for support a customer with daily living tasks, supporting them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following: Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home Providing support with hygiene and personal care Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication Who we’re looking for A person-centered, warm approach with a compassionate and non-judgmental disposition Interest or experience in complex care, bariatric care, disability, and health nuances. Great communicator: listens well, reads cues, and adapts to different styles. Reliable and professional, with good notetaking and teamwork. Flexible and adaptable; comfortable with changing needs and shifts.
