Key Responsibilities:
* Mentor students in construction management-related areas, providing guidance and expertise in building and planning legislation.
* Develop and deliver course materials, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for students.
* Participate in teaching and learning activities for post-graduate construction management courses, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
Candidates should have an advanced degree in construction management or a related field, with industry experience in construction management, building surveying, quantity surveying, architecture, or expertise in building and planning legislation.
