Job Opportunity

The Reservations Agent position is a permanent Full-Time role.

This job entails handling all accommodation bookings and inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems.

* Achieve accurate input of reservations into the property management system.
* Maximise room occupancy and revenue through effective sales techniques.
* Review daily reports to ensure reservations are accurate and follow up as needed.


Key Skills

We Are Looking For

* Experience executing reservations for 4 or 5-star properties.
* Strong time management skills.
* Ability to manage key customer relationships.
