We’re expanding our Ipswich team and seeking Occupational Therapists who are passionate about improving the lives of people with disability. 
Job Description 
Occupational Therapist – Community-Based | All Experience Levels Welcome 
Location: Ipswich Region | Work Type: Full time or Part-Time | Sector: NDIS / Disability Services

Your Role 
- As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you\u2019ll support NDIS participants across all ages in a community setting by: 
- Managing a varied caseload and delivering therapeutic services in line with participant goals 
- Assessing emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function 
- Developing evidence-based treatment goals and interventions tailored to each individual 
- Recommending assistive technology and environmental modifications for increased independence 
- Supporting participants in home, school, work, and community settings 
- Maintaining compliance with current legislation and best-practice standards 
What We’re Looking For 
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist 
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills 
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with a genuine desire to make a difference 
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team 
- A passion for helping people in the disability sector
