As a Senior Business Relationship Manager, you'll align IT services with business needs and foster strong relationships between IT and business units, working with clients across Tech Hub to ensure IT services and solutions meet business needs and support seamless collaboration, prioritizing initiatives based on value and building partnerships that drive mutual success.

What you'll do
* Demonstrating extensive experience in business relationship management within global professional services, with strong IT support and business process integration knowledge.
* Demonstrating proven leadership managing technical experts or teams (5-20+), skilled in IT service management and complex problem-solving with minimal guidance.
* Providing strategic advice, setting annual priorities aligned with business goals, and driving large, impactful projects.
* Demonstrating exceptional stakeholder management and influential communication to support long-term strategic objectives across business units.
What we're looking for
* Driving and implementing consistent Tech Governance and demand management strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery within budget.
* Collaborating with senior leadership to identify and prioritise technology initiatives that drive business value.
* Developing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, nurturing partnerships that drive Tech Hub's and business units' mutual success.
* Driving the adoption of and increasing awareness of the Tech Risk Governance framework across stakeholders, contributing to effective risk management.
* Managing the demand for IT services in line with digital strategy.
* Understanding business strategies and objectives, aligning IT services to support them and identifying opportunities to optimise technology solutions.
* Facilitating breaking down barriers between IT and business units to enable fast, efficient, and secure operations, enhancing seamless collaboration and overseeing product cost optimisation through effective resource allocation and process improvements.
* Ensuring aligned communication of Tech Hub initiatives to the business, delivering clarity and coherence in all interactions.
