Our client is looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you will be the frontline connection between customers and products. Your role will involve answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. - **Key Responsibilities -**
- Resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product range and services
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service processes
- Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement
- Strive to exceed customer expectations in every interaction
- Processing and tracking of customer orders
**About You -**
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre or retail environment
- You are friendly and optimistic and easy to get along with
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative
- You are able to work effectively in a team and be adaptable as required
- Proficiency in SAP, Zendesk and Microsoft Office Suite is ideal, but not preferred
