Designed to support the health needs of women, men and children, the business is scaling its Australian presence alongside a rapidly growing product range. With ambitious growth plans, Novomins is investing in brand and content capability to drive both awareness and performance across all channels.
The Role
The Brand and Content Manager AU is a newly created role and will play a central role in shaping and scaling Novomins' creative output and presence in the Australian market. Acting as the creative bridge across the business, this role owns the visual identity end to end, ensuring consistency, quality and impact across every consumer touchpoint.
Working closely with the global team based in the UK (Social, Ecommerce, Performance, Amazon and Design) you will concept, create and manage content that drives brand equity and commercial results across social, website, paid media and email.
Additionally you will work with their retail partners to successfully amplify and grow market share through trade marketing and collaborative marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as guardian of Novomins' visual identity, ensuring a consistent and premium brand across all channels
* Drive trade marketing strategy through to execution working with retail partners (online and offline initiatives)
* Lead content ideation, testing and development to drive brand awareness, engagement and sales
* Create and oversee static and video content across ecommerce, social and educational platforms
* Source, brief, train and manage UGC creators, aligned to trends, sounds and platform best practice
* Own the content concepting and briefing process, ensuring creative is inspiring, brand aligned and commercially effective
* Manage photoshoots end to end including timelines, budgets and resources
* Maintain and manage the media and asset library for cross functional use
* Share assets across teams for launches, campaigns and deadlines
* Partner closely with Social, Ecommerce, Amazon and Design to continually test, iterate and optimise content
* Plan and deliver always on creative for paid social across Meta and TikTok
* Ensure fresh ideas and consistent execution to maximise performance
* Report weekly on campaigns and key performance metrics
Key Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in a marketing, brand or content management role
* Strong experience working with external UGC creators (essential)
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, working with external partners and agencies to drive optimal results
* Hands on content mindset with an exceptional aesthetic eye
* Deep understanding of social platforms, particularly TikTok and Meta
* Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Motion, Canva and Monday
* Highly organised, detail oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects
* Experience in wellness, health or beauty highly regarded
* Exposure to performance marketing is a plus
* Videography, photography or production experience desirable but not essential
