Zylo Recruitment Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workers' Compensation Lawyer to join a Sydney based growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in representing injured workers and ensuring they receive the benefits they deserve.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive case evaluations and develop winning legal strategies.
* Represent clients in all aspects of Workers' Compensation claims, including negotiations, mediations, and hearings.
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and keep them informed throughout the legal process.
* Conduct thorough legal research and prepare effective case documentation.
* Maintain strong relationships with medical professionals and experts relevant to Workers' Compensation cases.
* Stay up-to-date on changes in Workers' Compensation laws and regulations.
* May participate in client outreach and development activities.
Qualifications:
* Relevant qualification from an accredited law school.
* Minimum of 3 years PAE of experience practicing Workers' Compensation law or have a keen interest to specialise in the area.
* Proven track record of success in securing favorable outcomes for clients.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and meet deadlines.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
