Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our site operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in all aspects of our work. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing personnel, and maintaining equipment.
Responsibilities
* Maintain company standards in all interactions with clients and personnel.
* Assist managers in conducting morning safety meetings.
* Ensure daily safety inspections of equipment, vehicles, and job sites.
* Complete daily paperwork, including employee timesheets, recording of daily mileage, numbers of vehicles and equipment used, and billing sheets for any extra billable work.
* Perform landscape tasks, including pruning, planting, and mowing.
* Initiate repair of any malfunctioning or unsafe equipment.
* Communicate with Supervisor on topics such as crew members, equipment issues, and job-related concerns.
Qualifications
* General knowledge of landscape maintenance and construction.
* Supervisor experience with 3+ years managing crews.
* Ability to pass driving requirements.
* Valid drivers' license and ability to meet company guidelines for driver eligibility.
