Your key responsibilities
* Conduct economic assessments and modelling on pressing issues facing businesses and governments.
* Perform cost‐benefit analysis, economic impact assessments, and other economic appraisals to guide decision‐making.
* Provide policy, strategic and regulatory advice in areas such as energy, resources, trade, tax, human services and the environment.
* Liaise with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* Support the growth of the business by developing new services, adopting new technology and analytical capabilities, and activating ideas to help clients succeed.
Skills and attributes for success
* Degree in a relevant discipline with 1–3 years of experience.
* Proven client‐facing experience with excellent report writing, communication, and presentation skills.
* Strong problem‐solving skills, researching issues and providing advice on policy, program guidelines, market trends, and industry practices.
* Experience in economic and policy analysis, economic impact studies, econometrics, cost‐benefit analysis and regulatory analysis.
