About the Role
As Finance Business Partner for Ham & Bacon you will partner with Manufacturing Stream Managers and Operations teams to manage end‐to‐end Cost Accounting and FP&A. You will combine hands‐on analysis with strong stakeholder engagement and financial storytelling, lead weekly performance rhythms, own the month‐end story and drive planning across IBP/forecasts, quarterly re‐forecasts and budgets. Responsibilities
* Partner with key stakeholder teams to deliver financial targets and support commercial decisions.
* Prepare and communicate weekly performance reporting, insights, drivers and recommendations and lead review discussions with operations leadership.
* Own month‐end close activities: ensure accurate SAP postings, validate results, explain variances and performance drivers.
* Lead planning and delivery across IBP/monthly forecasts, quarterly re‐forecasts and budgets.
* Support AOP and COGS ownership activities while maintaining BAU delivery in parallel.
* Identify, quantify and help drive cost‐reduction and value‐creation across the Ham & Bacon streams.
* Partner with Commercial Finance, Sales and Marketing on product costing scenarios and value‐creation opportunities.
* Support capital expenditure requests with financial modelling (including IRR and Value Driver Trees) and investment case analysis.
* Maintain strong internal controls (stock/cycle counts, issue resolution) and continuously improve and automate reporting.
* Coach and mentor a direct report (Cost Accountant).

About You
* CA/CPA qualified with strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Proven experience in weekly and monthly reporting and variance analysis.
* Strong forecasting and planning capability.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Experience in SAP or other complex ERP systems, preferred but not essential.
* Strong PowerPoint and communication skills.
