We're looking for someone who brings good energy and a can-do attitude —someone who enjoys working in a team, takes pride in their work, and genuinely cares about delivering great service to landlords and tenants alike.
This role, managing a local residential portfolio, offers plenty of support so you can focus on what you do best.

You'll be responsible for end-to-end property management, supported by a dedicated PM Assistant. Your day will include:
* Managing a local residential portfolio (close proximity to our office)
* Routine inspections
* Coordinating and managing maintenance
* Final bond inspections and PCR photos
* Delivering exceptional service to our wonderful Landlords and Tenants
No leasing, no BDM duties and no trust accounting – we've got that covered.

You'll thrive in this role if you are:
* An experienced Property Manager or Property Management Assistant
* Confident, friendly and an excellent communicator
* Highly organized with strong time-management skills
* Proactive, solutions-focused and level-headed
* A team player who brings positive vibes to the office

Requirements:
* Current Real Estate Registration / License
* Current Driver's License
