Job Description
* An unbridled passion for food and love sharing your 'food stories' with our patrons. Experience and knowledge of Italian cuisine are preferred
* The confidence to explain our menu to guests with gusto, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences, and providing enthusiastic assistance when recommending wine and beverages.
* Anticipate guest needs and create unforgettable dining experiences
* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their dining needs
* Collaborate with team members to respond to guest requests and resolve any issues professionally
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables
* Assist with event setups and functions in the conference suites and restaurant
Qualifications
* Previous customer service or hospitality experience
* Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
* The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
* Great communication skills, presentation and confidence to engage with guests
* A passion for maximising sales opportunities by upselling items
* A calm nature in the midst of a fast-paced environment
* A team player with the ability to assist in all areas of F&B operations during peak times
