As a key player in our growth engine, you will play a pivotal role in systematising and scaling our expansion initiatives. You will be responsible for driving client growth (70%) and strategic partnerships (30%). For client growth, you will systematically expand wallet share across our enterprise client portfolio by entering new regions and winning back business from competitors.
In addition to client growth, you will also drive strategic partnerships, where you will build and nurture a pipeline of target accounts, win new enterprise clients annually through relationship cultivation and trigger-based activation, and maintain continuous touchpoints until buying windows open. You will also lead complex RFP responses and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
We are looking for a candidate with 5-10 years of experience in complex B2B sales, a proven track record of building significant books of business or growing accounts 3-5 times, and a consultative, relationship-first approach. You should be comfortable with financial analysis, ROI models, and business cases, and have executive presence with confidence presenting to boards and C-suite.
