Our client is achieving great success in the Workplace Health & Rehabilitation space. Their innovative & welcoming team is growing – the opportunity for aRehabilitation Counsellor to join the North Strathfield team is on offer.
Given the remote nature of their work, this team is also open to considering Rehab Counsellors based anywhere in Newcastle, Central Coast or anywhere in NSW
The Role:
* Proactively manage a caseload of injured workers & support your clients in their return to work
* Focus on quality & achieving outcomes
* Vocational Assessments & Counselling
* Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to facilitate RTW outcomes
* Hybrid role approximately 50/50 Clinical & Workplace Rehabilitation
* Perform Psychological treatment & counselling under this organisation's clinical arm (for Reg Psychs & RCs with SIRA eligibility)
* Build great relationships & generate repeat referrals
* Actively contribute to a multi-disciplinary team environment
* Training & coaching of other team members, for Senior Consultants

* Above market salary package of $85-110K + Super

The Ideal Candidate:
* ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor (Associate or Full Member)
* 1 year of Workplace Rehabilitation experience valuable. Candidates with clinical/other relevant experience & motivated graduates warmly welcome to apply
* A confident communicator, you excel in developing relationships with all stakeholders
* Comfortable working independently & in a team
* Energetic & positive, you enjoy making a difference to the lives of others
* Driver's licence & car
