Your responsibilities will include:Driving Sales: Promote and sell John Deere and third-party Precision Technology solutions to meet customer needs.Customer Training & Support: Oversee product setup, optimization, and training to ensure customers get the most out of their technology.Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Territory Managers to integrate technology into every customer conversation. Supporting the Service Department to grow in the Precision space.Lead Demonstrations: Be the subject matter expert in delivering compelling product demonstrations.Accountability: Take ownership of key performance indicators in your designated territory.Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within your area of responsibility (AOR).About You:We’re looking for a passionate, driven individual who can excel in a sales environment and lead by example.
