What's the role on offer?
Based in accordance with AMO policies and procedures, this role ensures compliant, safe, and efficient completion and certification of maintenance tasks as directed by the supervisor. As a B1 or B2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (B1/B2 LAME), you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational efficiency.
Key Duties
* Carry out and certify maintenance on aircraft mechanical, electrical, instrument, and radio systems (as applicable to licence category)
* Perform inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
* Accurately complete all maintenance documentation and electronic timesheet entries.
* Report defects promptly and maintain clear communication with supervisors.
* Conduct aircraft ground handling, towing, and engine running duties as authorised.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment, including proper handling of tooling and equipment.
* Mentor and guide apprentices and AMEs in day to day maintenance tasks.
* Foster strong working relationships with colleagues and management.
* Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
