Job Description:
The role of the Digital Communications Officer is to develop and deliver digital communications strategies and output for the Department. This involves working with others to create digital communications material in various forms and for use across multiple platforms.
The successful candidate will support and improve Department communications and stakeholder engagement activities using digital media, aligned with Departmental strategic plans and priorities.
Demonstrated experience of creating, coordinating, and producing communications collateral, including both printed and digital materials, is required.
Applicants should have a working knowledge of graphic design software applications and possess the ability to populate and adjust collateral, including templates, using a range of applications.
Experience of producing and editing audio visual media, including photography and video content, is desirable as is a working knowledge of open-source web platforms.
