Salary range: $135,459 – $157,027 plus super

Who are you?
As a strategic project manager, you drive results through precise budget management, a strong commitment to safety, and a collaborative approach. You are an effective leader who builds positive stakeholder relationships and fosters continuous improvement. With proven experience in end-to-end project management—including business case development, contract management, and integrating project outcomes—you deliver safe, timely, and commercially successful results. A tertiary qualification in a related field such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, along with project management certification, is highly regarded.
About The Role
In simple terms, you will handle the planning, implementation, and operational hand-over of capital projects focused on generation asset replacements of hydropower assets that have been operating for over 100 years.
As a Project Manager, you will:
* Contribute to sustainable and commercially responsive asset management through the delivery of safe and timely project outcomes.
* Manage the supervision and administration of contracts to ensure obligations are met.
* Prepare consultant briefs, service agreements, and contract documentation.
* Actively manage, track, and report on project budgets.
* Collaborate within the Asset and Infrastructure business unit, including the wider Capital Planning, Major Works, and Production Operations teams.
