Job Description
* Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop strong relationships internally and externally.
* Our team requires professionals who can perform pre and post-contract quantity surveying duties, including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, final account, etc.
* Complete feasibility studies and write procurement reports that meet the high standards of our clients.
* Estimate and cost plan, including producing and presenting the final cost plan in a clear and concise manner.
* Tender and procure, including managing the pre-qualification stage, producing the tender list, putting the preliminaries together, tender analysis, producing the tender report, and compiling the contractual documents.
* Take personal responsibility for making cost checks and carrying out valuations on larger projects, ensuring timely and accurate cost checking and valuation takes place.
* Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present them to our clients in an easy-to-understand format.
* Interface with the client and other consultants at all project stages, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
