Are you an experienced and passionate Kindergarten Teacher seeking a rewarding role in a high-quality, community-focused Early Learning Centre (ELC)?
We are a highly regarded, Exceeding rated ELC in the Greensborough area, known for our excellent reputation and commitment to providing the best start for young children. We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our 22-place Kindergarten Program. This truly remarkable learning environment is a family‑owned and operated service, featuring beautiful indoor and outdoor nature‑based play spaces for children to explore.
Key Role Details
* Position: Kindergarten Teacher
* Program: Lead a 22-place Kinder program.
* Hours: 35 - 38 hours per week.
* Planning Time: Generous 8 hours per week dedicated to program planning and preparation.
* Work‑Life Balance: Fortnightly Rostered Day Off (RDO) can be arranged and 6-8 weeks annual leave depending on candidate preferences.
* Implementation of a play based program which caters for all children's needs and abilities
* Professional development and educational leader support

Essential Requirements
* Approved Early Childhood Teaching Qualification (as recognised by ACECQA).
* Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration.
* Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
* Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Training (or willingness to obtain).
* Sound knowledge of the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF) .
* Hold a fully registered VIT card
* Have 2 references attest to you working with children
* Ensure each child is catered for and needs are met Build and maintain positive, strong relationships with children and their families.
* Prioritize the safety and security of all children within the environment.
* Adhere to all service policies and national regulations.
* Ensure the individual needs of every child are met and catered for.
