Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Estimator/Salesperson to help us grow and deliver exceptional landscaping projects. Based in the Illawarra, Southern Highlands and Sydney, with travel required between all three areas for quoting. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a team that prides itself on quality and client satisfaction. If you have 10+ years of qualified landscaping experience or are currently in a landscape sales position, this is a fantastic opportunity! This role includes a salary with a commission, as well as a company car and phone allowance to support work-related travel and communication.
Key Responsibilities –
* Assess landscaping projects, providing accurate cost estimates and detailed quotes.
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored landscaping solutions.
* Collaborate with the director and management to ensure seamless project execution.
* Manage multiple estimating tasks across various projects.
* Handle client communication, negotiations, and project timelines effectively.
* Establish and maintain client relationships.
* Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
Requirements –
* Experience: Proven experience in landscaping construction - qualified landscaper and experience in a landscape sales position
* Client Relationship Building: Ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with new clients.
* Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail; be able to use design/drawing software e.g. sketch up.
* Sales & Design: A passion for sales and design, with the ability to present creative solutions to clients.
* Quick Learner: Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently to company processes and systems.
* Travel: Must be willing to travel between areas suggested above
