**Luxury Multibrand Destination Client**
NOW HIRING | This aspirational luxury destination client host a curation of international contemporary designer brands and creates a truly unique retail experience. We are now seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to join the team. Working across Head Office and Retail - you will provide leadership across the Australian and New Zealand based stores ensuring the creation and execution of visual standards across all stores to maximise sales, profit and build a culture of presentation excellence.
Day to day will see you |
- Maintain & develop the 'Visual Standard' for the business in line with company objectives across all doorways.
- Create a VM training strategy
- Facilitate training programs to deliver "Visual Standard" to store sale staff
- Execute the seasonal/annual VM calendar
- Project Manage specific projects as required including new store openings
- Source external business partners as required for specific projects
- Analyse & utilise sales reports to maximise sales opportunities according to individual store requirements/demographics and national business direction.
- Execute & coordinate window displays and mannequin styling in line with the Marketing Calendar.
- Execute & Coordinate stores within store presentation.
- Conducts and participates in store visits focusing on presentation standards, brand integrity, identifying business opportunities and people development.
- Coordinates & executes the visual merchandising and store set up of all new store opens/remodels within the region.
To set you up for success we envision you will bring the following skillset with you - however if you feel your experience is aligned we would still welcome a conversation with you |
- 3-5 years as a Multi-site Visual Merchandiser with fashion apparel experience
- Sound knowledge & proven success in retail
- Evidence of achieving results above and beyond defined job responsibilities
- Strong relationship management capability
- Well-developed negotiation and conflict management skills
- Well-developed verbal communication skills
- Creativity - you will always come up with creative solutions to store level issues while remaining true to the Global Direction
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organisational skills
- Work to and within timelines set by the business
- The ability to travel interstate and to NZ as required
