Contracts Administrator
Location: Sydney, NSW
Salary: up to $140k + Super
Core Talent is partnering with a well-established commercial fit out contractor to recruit an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their growing Sydney team.
Our client is a highly respected contractor delivering high-quality commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across Sydney. The Role
Working alongside experienced Project Managers and site teams, you will be responsible for the commercial and contractual management of projects from procurement through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Letting and managing subcontractor packages
* Preparing and issuing scopes of work and tender documentation
* Reviewing subcontractor quotes and assisting with procurement
* Managing variations and cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle
* Supporting project financial reporting and forecasting
* Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
About You
* 5+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in the fit out sector
* Experience working for a head contractor within commercial interiors and large-scalefit outs
* Strong understanding of subcontractor procurement and contract management
* Ability to manage multiple packages across active projects
* Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
* Confident communicator who can work closely with delivery teams
