Key Responsibilities: Provide best practice nursing care, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation. Support the delivery of safe, person/family-centred patient care. Maintain accurate records of treatment and care provision. Work collaboratively with the RNs and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated multidisciplinary care. Participate in clinical supervision of Assistants in Nursing and students. Complete mandatory training and performance reviews. Undertake clinical shifts, including participation in the on-call/after-hours/weekend roster. Requirements: Competent professional nursing practice in a clinical setting. Strong planning, coordination, and decision-making skills in patient management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer software and database entry. Effective time management and organisational abilities.
