Tagaddod is seeking a passionate and dedicated Talent Acquisition Lead to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent, ensuring alignment with our company values and business objectives. You will lead the recruitment efforts, oversee the talent acquisition team, and collaborate closely with department leaders to refine our hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
* Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to optimize recruitment processes.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their teams' hiring needs.
* Enhance employer branding to attract and retain high-quality talent.
* Utilize various channels and methods to source candidates, ensuring a diverse applicant pool.
* Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
* Conduct interviews, manage offer negotiations, and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
* Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices related to recruitment.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Proven track record of successful talent acquisition in fast-paced environments.
* Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Passion for talent acquisition and the ability to promote a positive candidate experience.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
