Your impact will include:
* Leading Inclusive Education strategy, including IESP, data, and resourcing
* Managing observations, data collection, applications, and funding
* Driving a whole-school intervention and differentiation framework (Wave 1, 2 & 3)
* Overseeing targeted programs, including ELH intervention and extension
* Building teacher capacity through coaching and professional learning
* Leading Special Options and supporting transitions
* Managing support for students with disabilities, including One Plans and NCCD
* Using data to identify and monitor students requiring adjustments
* Coordinating SRT processes, student regulation, and SSO timetables
* Supporting behaviour approaches and contributing to whole-school leadership (including ERT)
