Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Strategist to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales expansion, developing new customer acquisition strategies, and ensuring efficient work plans and collaboration with clinical, service, marketing, and sales teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device sales, with experience selling clinically and/or to Dermatologists. They will also possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, negotiation skills, and commercial/business acumen.
The Sales Growth Strategist will be responsible for:
* Maintaining a deep understanding of the territory to maximize sales opportunities
* Developing new customer acquisition strategies
* Ensuring efficient work plans and collaboration among clinical, service, marketing, and sales teams
* Reviewing and improving territory business plans quarterly
The Sales Growth Strategist will also be responsible for:
* FOLLOWING A DISCIPLINED SALES PROCESS AS DIRECTED BY THE HEAD OF SALES
* CONDUCTING MARKET RESEARCH AND SCREENING TARGET CUSTOMERS TO DEVELOP A SALES PIPELINE THAT CAN ACHIEVE SET SALES TARGETS
* DEVELOPING POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS ACCORDING TO SALES OBJECTIVES, MARKET DEVELOPMENT PLANS, AND SPECIFIC IMPLEMENTATION PLANS OF THE DEPARTMENT
* MAINTAINING SMOOTH COMMUNICATION CHANNELS WITH CUSTOMERS AND UNDERSTANDING CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS AT ANY TIME
To succeed in this role, the Sales Growth Strategist will need to have:
* A Bachelor's degree or above in Science, Medicine, Biology, Commerce, Marketing, or Optics
* 5+ years of experience in medical device sales
* Experience selling clinically and/or to Dermatologists
* Salesforce Knowledge is an advantage
