Only About Children Tarneit is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director to join our leadership team at our Tarneit campus. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you can make a real impact every day.
About The Role
As the Assistant Director, you'll work closely with the Campus Director and Educational Leader to ensure the smooth running of daily operations, lead your floor team, and support the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care.
You Will Play a Vital Role In
* Supporting and mentoring educators to reach their full potential
* Ensuring compliance and safety across all aspects of campus operations
* Building trusted, respectful relationships with families & children
* Contributing to a culture of learning, care, and inclusion
* Driving continuous improvement in line with the NQF and 'The OAC Way'
* Prioritise child safety in everything you do, everyday.
About You
* A Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
* At least 2–3 years' experience in a like-leadership role
* Excellent knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, & CSS
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills
* A proactive, supportive, and team-focused leadership style
* Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
