We are currently recruiting for hospitality professionals with 2 plus years of restaurant experience. We are seeking talented individuals with a passion for service, love of wine and food, and history of providing exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of experience
* Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
* A team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanour
* Wine knowledge is desirable but not mandatory
* Must be able to carry three plates
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service to our guests, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing detailed descriptions of menu items and specials
* Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and precise food delivery
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment
* Handle guest inquiries and concerns with grace and professionalism
Must have flexible availability to assist in fulfilling busy weekends and weekdays and current RSA.
