**About the role**
To support the business and its members with data and trends regarding the Victorian real estate industry with the objective of driving greater stakeholder engagement. Use data visualisation and customisation techniques to provide insightful statistics on property market trends
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assemble and analyse data for weekly/monthly reports
- Develop and manage market performance charts, including a Residential Market Index (RMX)
- Ensure all data and insights on the website are always up-to-date and accurate
- Provide input on identifying and developing new and relevant property market opportunities and products
- Document all processes and procedures required for business-as-usual tasks
- Provide insightful information and analysis of market trends to internal and external stakeholders (including media enquiries and releases)
- Use data visualisation techniques to better engage with stakeholders
- Assist in development and distribution of resources (data analysis based), via various digital tools
- Improve the efficiency of current models
- Ensure all relevant data sources are up to date with accurate information
- Maintain integrity of all business data
- Support the senior Data Analyst and Manager with ad hoc daily tasks
**Skills & Experience**
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar data entry role
- Good working knowledge of SQL and visualisation tools (eg Tableau)
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Creativity in reporting data findings in a variety of visual formats that provide insights
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with others
- A commitment to innovation and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to a positive culture
