We are seeking a passionate, driven and knowledgeable Centre Director, who has the experience and desire to lead, support and manage our team of Educators, and run the day-to-day service of our amazing childcare centre
About the role
* Managing day-to-day operations in accordance with legislative requirements and company policies.
* Providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to our dedicated staff.
* Ensuring the delivery of high-quality early learning programs by our passionate educators.
* Effectively handling and managing the centre's staffing rosters and financial requirements in line with budget guidelines.
* Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with children, families, educators, the local business community, and all stakeholders.
* Actively participating in attracting, converting, and retaining families through effective management of tours, enrolments, and orientation in collaboration with our Enrolments Team.
About you
* Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or an Early Childhood Degree approved by ACECQA.
* Previous experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.
* Current blue card, approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.
* Exhibit an extensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
* Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Showcase the ability to lead and mentor a team of dedicated early childhood professionals.
* Demonstrate the ability to incorporate critical thinking and reflective practice into daily operations.
