A boutique, growing agency in Seaforth is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a well-managed portfolio. Working closely with the Principal, this is a hands-on role offering autonomy, support and the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings. The Role: You’ll manage your own portfolio end-to-end, ensuring a smooth experience for both landlords and tenants. • Managing a residential portfolio from start to finish • Liaising with landlords and tenants on a daily basis • Handling arrears and rent collection • Managing ingoings, outgoings and lease renewals • Conducting routine inspections and preparing reports • Coordinating maintenance and repairs • Preparing lease agreements and rental documentation • Managing accounts and general administration About You: You’re an experienced Property Manager who is confident managing a portfolio independently. • Previous Property Management experience • Current NSW Certificate of Registration • Driver’s licence and reliable car • Strong communication and relationship management skills • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage competing priorities The Opportunity: This is a rare opportunity to join a boutique agency where your performance is recognised and rewarded. • Work directly with a hands-on Principal • Manage your own portfolio with autonomy • Strong earning potential – $100K Super Commissions (OTE circa $200K) • Supportive and growing business • Car allowance phone provided If you're looking for a role where you can take ownership, earn well and be part of a growing business, this is an opportunity not to miss.
