Product Support Specialist
The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for providing technical support to customers, both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical support to customers
* Advise and give feedback to the factory from customer feedback
* Training of clients and commissioning of equipment
* Repairs and maintenance based on request form the customers
* On site support for hire fleet
* Pre-Hire and De-hire inspection reports for equipment
* Testing adjusting and fault-finding diagnostic
* Root cause analyses of parts that are failing in the field along with inputs and advice on warranty claims
* Installation of modification kits along with checking installation instructions from the factory
Requirements:
* Mechanic or fitter experience working on mobile equipment
* Plant and maintenance experience
* Ability to advance career through training
