This role is based in the eastern states of Australia, a region seeing significant growth in irrigation and investment across vegetable crops, orchards, vineyards, and broadacre agriculture.You will work closely with growers, providing agronomic advice and promoting our fertiliser and soil conditioner range.
Training will be provided to support your development and success in this role.Note for overseas candidates: Applicants must be willing to relocate to Australia, either temporarily or permanently.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & AgronomyProvide agronomy advice and fertiliser recommendations to growersServe clients in viticulture, horticulture, fruit crops, pastures, and broadacre farmingAssist in identifying pest and weed issues and recommend suitable solutionsCollaborate with the sales team to deliver customised solutions aligned with client goalsBuild and maintain strong relationships with growers and industry stakeholdersProduction ManagementPlan and source neem seed and karanja raw materials for fertiliser productionCalibrate production equipment to ensure consistent qualityTest each production batch for quality assuranceManage packing and timely distribution of fertilisers to support field application schedulesSkills & ExperienceDegree in Agriculture or relevant industry experienceSolid understanding of horticulture and viticulture (viticulture experience highly regarded)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a teamExcellent customer service and relationship management abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Valid driver's license requiredBenefitsCompetitive salary: AUD 78,000–85,000 + superannuation + travel allowanceFully maintained company vehicle, mobile phone, and laptopLong-term career prospects in a privately-owned companyStaff recognition and award programsEmployee Assistance Program for wellbeing supportHow to ApplyIf you are passionate about supporting agribusiness and ready to grow your career, apply now.
