Residential Valuers to join our Coffs Harbor team.
About the Role
As a Residential Property Valuer at HTW, you will provide specialist valuation knowledge and market insight across a diverse range of residential property types. You will be responsible for achieving individual performance targets while ensuring consistent delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant valuation reports in line with professional standards and client expectations.
This role requires strong local market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with administration and support teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct residential property valuations, including the preparation and submission of reports within stipulated timeframes and in accordance with professional guidelines and standards.
* Compile and analyse market research and sales evidence, demonstrating a sound understanding of local property markets and industry trends.
* Undertake field inspections using mobile technologies and valuation applications.
* Work collaboratively with Administration and Support teams to ensure service level agreements are met.
* Provide information and access to valuation systems as required for audits and performance measurement.
* Build, maintain, and enhance client relationships through regular communication and effective issue resolution.
* Maintain continuing professional development requirements as set by the Australian Property Institute (API).
* Provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to Assistant Valuers or other Valuers when required.
* Actively contribute to group projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

What you'll bring:
* Relevant tertiary qualification, CPV or RPV Qualified and API Membership .
* Post qualification experience completing property valuations.
* Exceptional relationships skills with clients and colleagues.
* Organised, efficient and detail-oriented.
* Hold a valid driver's licence and have access to a fully roadworthy, insured vehicle.
