How you'll make a difference Lead and inspire a team of mechanical engineers and broader building services professionals Oversee the design and delivery of mechanical systems for large-scale infrastructure and building projects across sectors including Defence, Transport, Aviation, High Tech and Commercial Apply your technical expertise to ensure innovative, sustainable and code-compliant design outcomes Champion a culture of collaboration, high performance and continuous improvement Contribute to strategic business growth, resource planning and client engagement Qualifications A degree-qualified Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in building services.
Known for your ability to lead, mentor and motivate high-performing engineering teams.
A confident communicator with strong stakeholder and client management skills.
Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, resourcing and project performance.
