**Core Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive user support, resolving technical issues promptly.
- Manage and maintain client data files, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Support daily operations with activity reporting and other business reports.
- Set up technology and onboard new users, ensuring they have the necessary tools for their roles.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft server technologies, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and IP/TCP
- Document standard operating procedures and policies to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Contribute to network optimization for improved performance and security.
- Review and maintain efficient backup procedures for quick and accurate data restoration.
- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed.
- Test, implement, monitor, and tune IT systems for optimal performance.

- Proficiency in patch management, desktop deployment, and backup and restore.
- Skilled in troubleshooting Windows environments (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019).
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft products and IT ticketing systems.
- Basic networking/firewall knowledge and VPN.
- Certifications in Microsoft (Exchange, Windows Server, Azure, 365, Windows desktop), virtualization, networking, and storage are highly regarded.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Cheerful and friendly disposition, maintained under pressure.
