**About our opportunities.....**
We have an opportunity for 1 Procurement Administrator role in Canberra and 1 based in Sydney
**Major responsibilities include**:
- Ensuring the procurement service delivery meets and ideally exceeds client expectations and established service levels and/ or other defined benchmarks
- Model Evolve FMs values, mission and vision
- Assist the Director and National Procurement Manager to meet deadlines for all procurement category activities.
- Assist Client Relationship management with inputs to manage client relationships and promote Evolve FM service delivery as required.
- Provide data input to Client Relationship Managers to meet organisational performance report requirements.
- Have the proven ability to draft and issue procurement documents such as EoI's, RFQ's and RFT's applicable to the service categories.
- Provide strong research, analytical skills and negotiate contractual conditions which achieve the optimal outcomes for cost, service level and risk
- Process improvement, problem solving and analysis within areas of accountability towards continuous improvement and best practice.
- Management accountabilities and high performance of team
- Provide and lead specialist procurement input, continue to develop and implement the annual Procurement Plan in accordance with client requirements and Category strategy.
- Execute the Procurement Plan in a timely manner
- Run effective and ethical sourcing activities to achieve the timely and cost-effective provision of all goods and services.
- Engage stakeholders throughout each procurement process to manage change and buy-in.
- Measure the status and level of service provided against the formal performance management requirements of contracts.
- Ensure that the contractual obligations of the supplier, evolve FM, and clients are reflected in contractual documentation that is maintained to the highest standard.

- Proven experience in procurement management/ specialist role with a fast paced and complex environment.
- Strong research and analytical skills and ability to negotiate contracts
- Knowledge of work health and safety requirement
- Knowledge of procuring service categories and asset verification and management
- Track record of excellent stakeholder engagement, with a strong client focus, and dealing with people with different skill sets and responsibilities.
- Highly developed problem solving, process improvement, analytical, communication and customer service skills
- Highly developed skills in Word, Excel, PPT, including BMS building and various API reporting systems.
- Experience contributing to a culture of inclusion and high performance
