Recruitment Coordinator / Advisor – Trades & Mining
Location: Osborne Park, WA
Salary: $65,000 – $90,000 per year + commission

Due to strong continued growth and numerous contract wins, we are now seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to support the day‑to‑day operations and provide a second‑to‑none recruitment service to our existing and new clients. This role is ideal for an experienced Recruiter who prides themselves on delivering only the best service to their clients. This is not a business development role; it is a hands‑on recruitment position, integrating with our existing staff. We are looking for someone with experience across either of the following sectors – Mining, Trades, Facilities Management & Maintenance, Oil & Gas, Engineering and Maintenance.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the growth of our organisation with a dedicated approach to selection and recruitment.
* Roles you will be recruiting for include:
o Mechanical i.e. HD Fitters, Auto Electricians, Boilermakers.
o Operations i.e. Mobile Plant Operators, Jumbo Operators, Bogger Operators, Truck Drivers, Nippers etc.
o Drilling i.e. Drillers, Offsiders, Sample Techs, Supervisors, OH&S etc.
o Facilities Maintenance i.e. Carpenters, Electricians, Refrigeration Mechanics etc.
o Facilities Management i.e. Chefs, Kitchen Hands, Cleaner etc.
* Preparing, writing and placing advertisements with appropriate job boards and social media, specifically targeting the sector you are recruiting in.
* Candidate screening, interviews, references, interview confirmations with clients & ongoing candidate care.
* Candidate pooling and market research to identify where candidates are and what their expectations consist of.
* Ensuring our internal database is kept up to date with necessary notes and comments added.
* Travelling to sites (Perth & Remote) with the Operations Manager & Managing Director conducting site inspections, OH&S inspections, etc.
* Establishing a second‑to‑none working relationship with candidates and clients alike.
Qualifications & Attributes
* Previous recruitment experience, preferably within the above mentioned sectors.
* Highly organised and task‑oriented.
* Show initiative and the ability to complete tasks autonomously and make decisions.
* Strong work ethic and excellent morals and ethics towards dealing with people.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Strong computer skills.
