We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our café kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu development, food quality, team leadership, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency in a fast-paced café environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and update seasonal menus, daily specials, and recipe standards.
* Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
* Lead, train, and schedule kitchen staff to maintain high performance.
* Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and equipment functionality.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Head Chef in a café.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Pay: $81000 – $85000 per year
