Reword Grinder Training Program
Mission Statement:
* Train and certify Rework Grinders.
* Progress new or transfer Rework Grinders through the qualification and certification process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop skills in employees and assist them to meet satisfactory performance levels or maintain existing standards.
* Conduct module audits to ensure compliance.
* Evaluate employee performance against certification requirements.
* Provide constructive, fact-based input for performance reviews.
Additional Requirements:
* Must be self-motivated and demonstrate high productivity with minimal supervision.
* Must consistently rate above average in Project Team Build issues and showcase excellent work habits.
* Must have held a Rework Grinder position for a minimum of one year during the prior three years.
