Customer Experience Partner – Contract
Location: Melbourne, VIC, AU
Seniority: Junior, Mid Level
This is a customer service specialist role focused on providing technical product support to real estate agency clients of Domain's Real Time Agent product.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide software/platform support for Real Estate Agency clients.
* Handle inbound technical queries, including onboarding support, bug fixes, and integration issues.
* Work closely with sales teams to deliver post-onboarding technical support.
* Manage inbound enquiries via phone and email regarding listing support, template issues, and bugs.
* Identify process and product improvements from client feedback.
* Assist with escalations and more technical queries beyond standard support.
* Communicate complex issues to development and sales teams.
* Expand knowledge to become an industry expert within the Real Estate/Developer space.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in fast‐paced customer service or technical support roles.
* Passion for delivering great customer experience.
* Excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic, positive approach.
* Resilient and empathetic.
* Excellent problem‐solving skills.
* High level of confidentiality.
Nice to Have
* Experience with technology and SaaS platforms, and interest in learning more.
* Phone‐based customer service experience.
* Basic knowledge of coding, XML, JSON, or HTML.
