About the Role
Michael Evans Media is a Rockhampton-based social media management and web design agency looking for a motivated individual to help generate leads and book client meetings.
This is a flexible, commission-only role — perfect for someone who loves talking to people and wants to earn based on results. You set your own hours and work however suits you.
What You'll Do
* Reach out to local Rockhampton businesses via Instagram, Facebook, email or in person
* Start conversations and generate interest in our services
* Book discovery calls or meetings between potential clients and our team
* Keep a simple record of your outreach and follow-ups
What You'll Earn
* 20% commission on the first month's retainer for every client you bring in
* Example: Land a $599/mo client → you earn $119 cash
* No cap — the more you close, the more you earn
Who We're Looking For
* Confident, outgoing and good at starting conversations
* Based in Rockhampton or surrounding area
* Self-motivated and results-driven
* No formal experience required — just hustle and communication skills
* Sales or hospitality background is a bonus but not essential
