Key Responsibilities:
- conducting comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention strategies to address the unique needs of children, families and caregivers
- facilitating positive family dynamics through effective communication, advocacy and conflict resolution techniques
- collaborating with healthcare professionals, community services and government agencies to ensure seamless service delivery
- maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, adhering to professional and organisational standards
To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
